REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Deadline: Sunday, 15^th December 2024

Requests for cancellation are to be made via contact form here and must include personal details and registration number.

Requests for cancellation emailed on or before Friday, September 20, 2024, will be refunded subject to a 20% cancellation fee. A 40% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made between the 21^st September 2024 and the 15^th December 2024. No refunds: Cancellation requests for paid registrations received by email after Monday, 16^th December 2024 are not eligible for refunds and requests cannot be processed. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after Monday, 16^th December 2024. Non-transferrable: Registration or workshops cannot be transferred to another attendee.
