Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Deadline: Sunday, 15th December 2024

Cancellation requests are to be made via contact form here and must include personal details and registration number.

Refunds: Cancellation requests emailed on or before Friday, November 30, 2024, will be refunded subject to a 20% cancellation fee. A 40% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made between the 1st December 2024 and the 15th December 2024.

No refunds: Cancellation requests for paid registrations received by email after Monday, 16th December 2024 are not eligible for refunds and requests cannot be processed. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after Monday, 16th December 2024.

Non-transferrable: Registration or workshops cannot be transferred to another attendee.
